Setting General Preferences

1. Press Option 

 and then press Menu 

. 

2. Tap the Prefs icon 

. 

3. Tap the pick list in the upper-right corner and select General.

 

 

Reassigning the buttons on your communicator

1. Press Option 

 and then press Menu 

. 

2. Tap the Prefs icon 

. 

3. Tap the pick list in the upper-right corner and select Buttons.

4. Tap the pick list next to the button you want to re-assign and select the application 

you want assign to that button.

Tip:

To restore all of the buttons to their factory settings, tap Default.

Tap here to set the screen shut-off delay

Tap here to set sound levels

Tap here to disable IR beam reception

Tap here to select General
