Shortcut: From the home screen, press Options and 

select Set Alarm.

When the display shows an alarm: 

To turn off the alarm, press Dismiss or 

O

To set an eight-minute delay, press Snooze.

Office Tools > Calendar, press Options > Switch View

Office Tools > Calendar

Scroll to and select the day, then the start time.

Scroll left/right to select different tabs, and enter the 

appropriate information for each. When finished, 

press Save.

You can set a music or sound file, voice note, or 

video as a calendar event reminder. When creating 

a calendar event, select Alarm Style, then alarm type. 

Scroll to the file (or create a new file) and press Insert.

To edit event details, press Options and select Edit.
