44.00 RFID error (generic)

Turn the printer off.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Check all cable connections.

Connect the power cord to a grounded outlet.

Turn the printer on.

If the message recurs, contact Customer Support, and report the message

number and a description of the problem.
