Add/Delete UDP Host
Up to five UDP Hosts may be added:
Select the Add or the Delete option button.
Enter dot decimal format address of the Host in the address field box.
Enter port number in the Port field box.
Click on the “Format” drop-down box and select appropriate format for the UDP
