Re-plug the PS/2 or USB connect and restart the computer. 

B. "€" Euro sign key cannot work 

Euro sign only appears under the "Office lock" is on.    Please press “office lock”, 
then press Euro key (same as number lock) to trigger Euro sign. 

C. The Num lock key cannot work 

“Num Lock” works only under "Office Lock" is off.    Please make sure the 
"Office Lock" is off. 

D. The "Sleep" hotkey cannot work 
    Sleep mode is available only if your system supports the power management 

"ACPI" and your mainboard and all the components of your PC are compatible 

with power management.   

E. Some short-cut keys cannot be accessed 

The program of Smart Office Keyboard will take over some system resources for 
the short-cut keys.    The following 5 combination keys cannot be used again.   
"Ctrl + Alt + E" (Euro sign), "Ctrl + Alt + P" (Full page mode), "Ctrl + Alt + O" 
(Outline mode), "Ctrl + Alt + D" (Remark), "Ctrl + Alt + C" (trademark sign)
