If enabled, the Control Panel will open two-way communication after the first GSM CID

If not enabled, or no GSM CID reporting is set, the Control Panel will dial the telephone
number set below after the first successful report.

The alarm must be activated by the DECT device itself for panel to make follow-on
two-way communication with triggered DECT device.
