Troubleshooting

MicroSD/SDHC Card 
error occurs

Remove the microSD/SDHC Card from the 
computer and then reinsert it in order to ensure it 
is firmly connected.

If the problem persists, then you should refer to 
the documentation supplied with your 
microSD/SDHC Card for further information.

You cannot read a file

Check to ensure the required file is actually on 
the microSD/SDHC Card that is inserted into the 
computer.

If you are still unable to resolve the problem, 
contact your reseller, dealer or service provider.

USB device does not 
work

Remove the USB device from the computer and 
then reconnect it to a free port it in order to 
ensure it is firmly attached.

Ensure that any required USB device drivers are 
properly installed - to achieve this you should 
refer to both the device documentation and the 
operating system documentation.

No sound is heard

Adjust the volume.

Check the software volume settings.

Please check to see if Mute is turned to Off

Check to make sure the headphone connection 
is secure.
