Click Start > All Programs > UltraVNC > Ultr@VNC Server > Show Default 
Settings. The Default Local System Properties window displays.

VNC Server Settings

Verify that:

Accept Socket Connections is checked

Password is checkpt

Display Number is 10000

Auto is deselected

Enable Java Viewer is deselected

Click OK to save and close the window.
