Oki Data has developed several programs to provide up to an additional two years of no-cost repairs.

To be eligible for this program, the WEP must be purchased within 90 days from date of original purchase.
The Warranty Extension Program (WEP) offers 12- and 24-month extensions to the basic Limited Warranty coverage for a total of
36 months from original date of purchase. All parts and labor (on-site) are included. Oki Data will remedy any defect in material and
workmanship in accordance with the Limited Warranty defined in your printer handbook.

OKI DEPOT
™
This popular program especially suits the home office printer by providing warranty coverage for up to three years. You can either have
a local OKI Authorized Service Center do the repair or place a call to Oki Data to receive a Return Authorization number for shipping
the printer to an OKI Depot. The OKI Depot program adds two (2) years of coverage at the end of the original standard warranty that
comes with the printer from the factory.

OKI EXCHANGE
™
Upgrade existing Oki Data factory warranties with this program. OKI Exchange will provide an overnight replacement for qualifying
OKI printers by the next business day if the request is made by 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (U.S. only). One phone call with the model,
serial number, etc. is all that’s needed to get a printer shipped to most locations.

™
Designed for those printers that are more than just vital for day-to-day company operations, this program provides service for qualifying
printers right at the place of business. One call to our Customer Support Center at 1-800-OKI-DATA (800-654-3282) and a Service
Representative will quickly respond to schedule a service call at the requested location.
