Q: What if I cannot onboard the Wi-Fi Smart Outlet?
A: a. The Outlet does not support 5GHz wireless networks. 
Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network.
b. Ensure the Outlet and cell phone are connected to the 
same Wi-Fi network.
c. Ensure that you have entered the correct password in 
quick configuration.
d. Reset the device and conduct onboarding again.
 
Q: How can I reset the Smart Outlet?
A:  If the Smart Outlet was previously configured, press and 
hold the button on the Smart Outlet for at least 5 seconds. 
The LED will flicker rapidly to indicate the Outlet has been 
reset.
