. Remove any protective film from the touch screen. Protective film may
prevent the mobile phone from doing the recognition input, and we do not
recommend the use of protective film touch screen for the mobile phone.
. When you touch the touch screen, make sure your fingers are dry and clean.

The mobile phone is frozen or there is a serious error
If your mobile phone is frozen or suspended, you may need to close the
program or reset your mobile phone to regain functionality. If the mobile phone
is frozen or has slow respond problem, press and hold the Startup & Shutdown
button for 8 to 10 seconds. The mobile phone will automatically restart.
If the problem still exists, reset factory data. In standby mode, open the
application list and select System Settings
