KMIC Pro is not operating 

Make sure the Bluetooth speaker’s is “charged”. 

Low or “no” sound 

Check the Bluetooth speaker or our Bluetooth 

device’s volume level 

Music  is  playing  on  a  device  but  isn’t 

transferring to Bluetooth speaker 

Make sure your Bluetooth is “connected” 

Battery is fully charged 

Blue light is ON 

There are “beep” sound during music is playing  Low battery. Please charge the battery.
