1. Cannot connect VHoop via bluetooth.

① Check if you VHoop is connected to other device.

Warranty

1. VHoop comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Any defects or mal-function according to

manufacturing occurs, a free replacement of the product with same color and design within 1 year
of initial purchase is provided. Customer is responsible for the shipping.

2. After 1 year of initial purchase, there will be a sur-chagre for replacement of the product.
3. Charged customer service will be provided for the following cases

⑥ Inappropriat use, disassemble or modification by the customer, mal-functions or damages by natural disaster

⑦ Damages from strong shock to the device

⑧ Damages caused by water or any other liquids

⑨ Deformation or deteoration from usages

⑩ Not supplied with this warranty document
