User Guide
Pick up our H800 bluetooth earbuds from 
charging base (carrying case), voice "Power 
on" prompts. Seconds later, "Left Channel", 
"Right Channel" & "Connected" voices 
remind earbuds being paired successfully 
with each other. In the meanwhile, LED 
indicator on left earbud blinks blue & red and 
right earbud blinks blue only. (Initial 
connection takes up 15-20 seconds)
Turn on the bluetooth function of your device, 
search and connect with H800 earbuds 
(Bluetooth name: H800). Voice "Pairing" 
means pairing is on process. When you hear 
"Pairing Successful" & "Second Device 
Connected", and both earbuds blink blue, you 
are ready to enjoy music now. Pairing 
password: 0000 (if necessary)
Initial Connection
Music: Both earbuds have one button. One 
press on both buttons pauses or plays the 
music; Two presses on left earbud goes to 
next, on right earbud goes to previous; Triple 
presses on left/right earbud activates device 
voice assistant (Siri).

Phone Calls: Any phone calls coming in 
during the music playing automatically 
pauses the music and left earbud announces 
"Incoming call". One press on left earbud 
takes the call; Longer press for 2 seconds 
reject it with the voice "Call Reject"(Be

any earbud for 3 seconds powers off; 
Standing by without connection for more than 
2 minutes turn off the earbuds; Putting back 
earbuds into the charging base also switches 
off them and go into charging process

Re-Connection: After the initial connection, 
any time picking up the earbuds from 
charging base will automatically connect and 
pair each other and the device.

Earbuds Charge: Voice "Battery Low" prompts 
& red light blink 5 seconds alert low battery. Put 
back earbuds into the charging base to 
recharge them. 
Charging Base Charge: LED indicator on 
charging base blinking red alerts low battery. 
Indicator remains blue means being fully 
charged.
FAQ
Bluetooth Earbuds Can’t Boot?
1. Check the power of earbuds. If they are no power, 
charge them. 
2. Take out the earbuds from charge seat and wait 
seconds, if they can’t turn on automatically, try to put them 
into charge seat again, and close the lid. Make sure the 
earbuds are charging in the seats, and then open lid, take 
out the earbuds once again. 
3. Press the function key about 2 seconds to start the 
machine. 
The Bluetooth signal isn’t stable?
1. Restart the earbuds.
2. Check the environment, if there too much interference. 
Chose a non-interference place and use it in effective 
distance.  
3. Check the compatibility and calling quality of mobile 
phones.
The Bluetooth earbuds have noisy?
1. Confirmed if there has electromagnetic radiation in the 
around.  
2. Check the suppression control of the mobile phone
Press key no function? 
1. Check the manual to make sure operate in the right way. 
2, Make sure the headset connected with the phone. 
3. Check the light and charging, confirmed the light flash 
Properly. 
No Sound?
1. Checked the mobile phone volume. 
2. If only one earbud has sound, check if it connecting 
success between left and right earbuds. 
3. Confirmed phone isn't in poor network and in the cache
4. Make sure the headset connected with the phone. 
5.Make sure there don’t have interference around and 
earbuds used in the effective distance.  
The left and right earbuds can’t be match?
1. Check the power of earbuds, whether the single 
earphones are low - powered
2. Make sure the left and right earphones flash into pairing
