(b) RELEASING ARM AND ADJUSTING FOR HEIGHT
Once in position, press the Release Button     . This will cause the Main Wheel      to swing
upwards and make contact with the treadmill track.  The Arm      should not have swing to
its maximum height for the Main Wheel      to make contact. Ideally the Arm      should swing
up a little leaving a decent additional swing for when the treadmill tilt is used.

3. Turning PaofitTrack On and Off
• PaofitTrack can be turned on via the Power Switch      located on the underside.
• If PaofitTrack is plugged into an external power source PaofitTrack will go into hibernation
(sleep mode) once the Main Wheel      has not moved for at least 3 hours.
• If PaofitTrack is using the internal battery source PaofitTrack will go into hibernation (sleep
mode) once the Main Wheel      has not moved for at least 10 minutes.
• To reactivate (wake up) PaofitTrack from hibernation, the Main Wheel      should be rotated
  for at least 3 seconds.
• To fully switch off PaofitTrack, turn off the Power Switch      located on the underside.
use PaofitTrack only within following environment conditions:
WARNING:
0°C-45°C and 90% humidity.
4. Connecting PaofitTrack to App
PaofitTrack connects to the Paofit App using Blue Tooth Low Energy (BTLE).  This is
managed within the Paofit App. It is not managed via Apple's Settings area.
Before trying to connect, first check PaofitTrack's Bluetooth Light      is flashing blue.
• If the Bluetooth Light      is not glowing blue it means PaofitTrack is either in hibernation or
switched off completely (see Section 3).
• If the Bluetooth Light      is glowing blue constantly it means PaofitTrack is already
  connected to a Paofit App.
• If the Bluetooth Light      is flashing blue it means it is ready to connect. In the Paofit App,
select a video, then pull up the User Control Panel and select the Bluetooth option at the
bottom of the User Control Panel.
This will pull up a list of PaofitTrack signals. Click on your PaofitTrack signal to connect.
5. Naming Your PaofitTrack Bluetooth Signal
• The default Bluetooth signal name is “PT Sensor”.  To change this to a name of your
preference, log in to your Paofit account when connected online. Then go to PaofitTrack
settings within the Paofit App Settings area.
• The first time you change the name of your PaofitTrack’s Bluetooth signal, it will be paired
with your Paofit account, and this account will now have the sole authorization to change
that name in the future. The Bluetooth signal will also automatically connected to your
account every time it comes within range.
6. Other Features
• A security bar     is located at the front of the treadmill under the Main Wheel. This can be
used to attach a security wire where there is concern the PaofitTrack may be at risk of theft.
It is presumed the wire would then be secured to the treadmill.
• Small Wheel      for Incline: Some PaofitTrack models may include a “Small Wheel”     .
Versions with the Small Wheel      also measure treadmill incline. If applicable, incline data
will automatically be visible on the App user interface.
• Jack Input:      PaofitTrack has a 3.5mm jack input located at the front. This is normally
not in use but may be required by some versions of the Paofit App that will access
  PaoftTrack data via the jack.

and fully lowering the treadmill's incline function.
(b) INTERNAL BATTERY
• PaofitTrack comes with an internal battery so it can function without an external power
source. When PaofitTrack is connected to an external power source, the internal battery is
  automatically recharged while recharging.
• The Charging Light     on the Arm will glow red. Once the battery is fully charged the
  Charging Light      will glow green.
• You can view how charged the battery is by clicking on the Bluetooth sensor option in the
App User Control Panel. The level of charge will be shown next to the Bluetooth signal
