Q. If N370 isn’t responding and status light is off?
• The N370 power port is securely connected to a working
power source.
• Make sure N370 power adapter cable is pushed all the way in.
Q. If your TV can’t see screen display after connected N370 to your TV?
• Make sure that your TV supports 720p/1080p.
• Check if the HDMI cable is connected to N370 and your TV.
• Look at the port on the back of your TV to make sure you have
the correct TV input source.

• Make sure that your mobile devices and N370 share the same Wi-Fi
network.
