If your device is not on this list but uses Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a good chance 

Rtrivr key finder will work fine, but we are not able to offer the same level of support in 

troubleshooting scenarios.

Pairing

1. Install APP in your smart phone or tablet

   IOS: search 'Rtrivr 2' on Apple App Store.

   Android: search 'Rtrivr 2' on Google Play Stroe.

2. Press the key finder button 3 seconds to activate it at the first time.

3. Open 'Rtrivr 2', click  '     ' to open list, click  '     ', connect to key finder.

Press the dog icon in the app. Alarm rings.

Click your key finder, phone rings.

Selfie

press'      ',open up camera, press the button on your key finder  to take selfie.

Replacing the battery

1.  Open the outer shell.

2.  Replace CR2032 battery. Please mind the polarity of battery.

3. Close the outer shell.

About Bluetooth Low Energy

Rtrivr key finder uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to help you locate your items. 

While Bluetooth technology is a wireless technology, there are significant differences 

between Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS technology. The Bluetooth range of Rtrivr key finder is 

up to 50m. Bluetooth is most effective at the 10m range, depending on the environment.

1. The Rtrivr can not be used without installing and running the Rtrivr App on your phone.

2. Keep it dry and away from moisture and corrosive material.

3. Do not disassemble this product or attempt to repair or modify it in any manner.

4. Battery and battery-cab are included in the product. they are all small parts to children. The 

    product should not be used without the adult supervision in case children swallow or get 

    choked by these small parts. Consult your doctor 

     immediately if that happens.

5. All products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection, feel free to use it.

6. Always return used button batteries to your local battery-recycling center.
