1. PRODUCT /WARRANTY/WARRANTY PERIOD/DEFECT
Manufacturer warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the
Strips (“Product”) will be free from material defects in material and workmanship
from the date when the Product is delivered to the Purchaser and continues for
twelve (12) months thereafter (“Warranty period”).

2. LIMITATION OF PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manufacturer warrants that the Product under normal use is free from material
defects in material and workmanship (“Defect”) during the Warranty period,
subject
to a proper installation, operation and maintenance of the Product as set forth in
the User manual and other documentation available to the Purchaser from time to
time (“User Manual”) at www.sensative.com/strips_tips. Manufacturer does
however
not warrant that the Product will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that all
deficiencies, errors, defects or non-conformities will be corrected.
The Warranty extends only to Purchaser and is not transferable to anyone else.

3. CLAIMS PROCEDURE
Warranty claims is handled at
1. The warranty shall not apply to problems or damages resulting from
i) mechanical and transport problems
ii) external causes such as accidents, acts of God, disasters, weather
conditions, air pollution, abuse, misuse, misapplication or any equipment
that generates electrical disturbance of radio communication that violates
FCC regulations
iii) negligence, improper handling and failure to operate the Product in
accordance with specifications and interface requirements
iv) operating and storage problems
ii) external causes such as accidents, acts of God, disasters, weather
conditions, air pollution, abuse, misuse, misapplication or any equipment
that generates electrical disturbance of radio communication that violates
FCC regulations
iii) negligence, improper handling and failure to operate the Product in
accordance with specifications and interface requirements
iv) operating and storage problems

EXCLUSIONS
v) electrical power problems, telecommunications and/or
network problems
vi) problems related to software updates in the Gateway and to security
issues with the Z-Wave protocol
vii) change of Strips position, window/door position
viii) if Strips has been in extreme temperature
vii) problems regarding accessories or attachments not recommended by
Manufacturer or modifications to the Product or its parts
viii) failure to follow instructions relating to the Product´s use or installation and
to fulfill the maintenance and servicing activities defined in the User Manual and
information published at www.sensative.com
ix) damage to property, damage caused by service performed by anyone who is
not
an authorized representative of Manufacturer,
x) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability
xi) a Product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose
xii) failure of goods or services not obtained from Manufacture
Manufacturer does not authorize any person or party to assume or create for it
any
obligations or liability in connection with the Product except as set forth herein.
This warranty shall not apply to any Product if the Manufacturer´s serial number
has been removed or defaced in any way.
MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEM OR DAMAGE

vi) problems related to software updates in the Gateway and to security
issues with the Z-Wave protocol
vii) change of Strips position, window/door position
