Extension cable installation

Step 1: Plug the extension cable into OBD-II port

Only one end of the cable fits into the port. A hinge at its base can be used to turn it around for

better positioning.

Step 2: Place the extension cable into the holder clip

Remove the protective layer from the adhesive tape at the bottom of the holder clip and place the

clip on the dashboard. Insert the other end of the extender into the holder.

Step 3: Secure the cable

Guide the cable around the edge of the dashboard so that it is out of the way and secure the cable

with cable clips. If the extension cable is too long, bundle the remaining part of the cable with the

silicone strap.

Step 4: Plug in the device

Plug Element into the extension cable. Element will function as usual.
