With AXIS T8129 PoE Extender, Axis’ network video prod-
ucts can be installed at greater distances than 100 m
(328 ft.) from one another. By connecting AXIS T8129 for
every extra 100 m (328 ft.) of cable, both Ethernet and
PoE can be extended to 200 m (656 ft.), 300 m (984 ft.),
or even greater distances; depending on camera model
and power source.

work video products supporting PoE. Range depends on
the power required, so a 25 watt PTZ dome camera may
be located 200 m (656 ft.) away using a single AXIS
T8129. Or, the cable length to a regular 5 watt network
camera may extend up to 400 m (1312 ft.), by fitting
three AXIS T8129 at 100 m (328 ft.) intervals.
