MSE owns and operates four sales offices and distribution centers in North America totaling over 
260,000 sqft. MSE has over 75,000 compatible toner cartridges and 50,000 inkjet cartridges 
ready to ship and we always promise fast, easy and convenient coast-to-coast delivery.
When it comes to logistics and shipping, you have many options available. MSE can ship to you 
or blind drop-ship to your customers at no additional charge. Our logistics managers negotiate the 
best rates for boxes, pallets and/or containers on your behalf.
We utilize the latest technology in managing your account and handling your orders. Fully 
computerized inventory and shipping systems allow us to provide you with up-to-the-minute 
information via phone, fax, email, and web.

For your orders to ship out same-day, all US orders must be placed to the East Coast location by 4 PM 
Eastern Time, and to the West Coast location by 3 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed through our 
Canadian office must be placed by 3 PM Eastern Time to ship out same-day.
