including scanning and deployment, via HTTPS.
• Dynamic bandwidth throttling: Dynamically detect
network load and adjust transmission flow to optimize
bandwidth consumption.
• File- and byte-level differencing: Recognizes which files
have been modified, and deploys only the updated files
to the target devices.
• Checkpoint restart: Helps ensure delivery even if a
connection is interrupted during transmission; only
remaining bytes are transmitted; supports “trickle” of
large files over successive sessions.
• Wake-on-LAN: Boot up devices and deploy patches during
off-hours.
