Installing NVC
The setup program uninstalls possible older NVC versions found
during installation.
The following chapter will guide you in installing Norman Virus
Control (NVC).

at a stand-alone machine at home, components like E-mail,
SMS, SNMP and On-access scanner (Services and remote
users) are not included, and will therefore not appear at all.
When the machine is restarted, the green Norman icon appears in
the system tray (down in the right-hand corner).
