Add a new PAB entry

Access Personal Address Book. 

Access the Search page and choose Options > Submit. (You do not need 
to input search information first.)

Choose Options > New.

Use the keypad to enter a name or nickname.

Press Phones and use the keypad to enter phone numbers. Be sure to 
include any necessary access codes such as a 9 or 1.

Press Submit to add the entry to the database.

Assign a Fast Dial 
code to a PAB entry

Search for a PAB entry.

Scroll to the listing and press Select or 

.

Choose Options > Fast Dial.

Scroll to the Fast Dial code that you want to assign to the number and 
press Select or 

.

Add a new Fast Dial 
code (not using a PAB 
entry)

Choose   

 (Directory) > Personal Address Book.

Select Personal Fast Dials.

Scroll to a Fast Dial code that is unassigned and press Select or 

.

Press Assign.

Enter a phone number.

Press Update.

Search for Fast Dial 
codes

Choose   

 (Directory) > Personal Fast Dials.

You can choose Options > Previous or Next to move through listings. 

Scroll to the listing you want and press Select or 

.

Place a call using a 
Fast Dial code

Search for a Fast Dial code.

Scroll to the listing you want and press Select or 

.

Press Dial.

Choose OK to complete the action.

Delete a Fast Dial 
code

Search for a Fast Dial code.

Scroll to the listing you want and press Select or 

.

Choose Options > Remove.

Log out of Personal 
Directory

Choose   

 (Directory) > Personal Address Book (exact name may 

vary).

Choose Logout.
