AUDAC introduces the column speaker “KYDO”,
an all-round column speaker with an extraordi-
nary sound and a surprisingly high power.
The KYDO is designed to be used in all applica-
tions where audibility of music and speech is very
important, like auditoria, churches, meeting and
board rooms, etc.
It features a single 6 x 2” speaker section which
can be set to different power taps, with a recessed
adjuster screw behind the front cover.
The different power tabs for 100 V are:
- 20 Watt @ 100 V
- 10 Watt @ 100 V
- 5 Watt @ 100 V
- 2,5 Watt @ 100 V
There’s also an 12 Ohm option, which is
controllable by an internal switch inside the
speaker, so it can not be switched to 12 Ohm
accidentally.
The KYDO features an aluminum housing, mak-
ing it a light weight column speaker of approxi-
mately 2,5 Kg.
For mounting the AUDAC KYDO, a specially de-
signed wall bracket is included, which makes it
possible to focus the speaker in any direction, to
obtain the best possible audibility.
Available in white (KYDO/W) and black
(KYDO/B).
