6. Commissioning
Acceptance test (in case of industrial/public use):
Before first use and after any significant modifications, the installation (including the electrical
connections) must be checked by a specialist.

• The maximum permissible tilt angle of 15° may not be exceeded.
• Loosen the two knurled screws at the fog outlet and align the fog outlet accordingly.

b) Electrical Connection
If, after the fog machine is installed, the mains plug is not accessible anymore or if it is

Do not leave cables lying or hanging around; instead, install them in an expert manner to

• Install the cable for the remote control up to the site from which you are going to control the device.
• The back of the remote control is magnetic. The remote control thus sticks to metallic objects.
• If you want to control the fog machine via an external DMX controller, connect the DMX IN port with the output
of your DMX controller.
• Connect DMX OUT with the DMX input of the subsequent device. If the fog machine is the last or only device in
the DMX chain, plug in a plug with terminators here.
• The mains plug must be plugged into an earthed power outlet to operate the device. However, do not plug the
mains plug in yet. Before connecting the device to the power supply, you first have to fill the tank with fog liquid
(see “Operation”).
