The PowerSmart Battery Management Evaluation Kits
for Lithium Ion/Polymer chemistries provide the
opportunity to evaluate a Microchip battery
management solution for Lithium-based battery packs.
The evaluation kits contain all of the hardware and
software necessary to implement a functional
SmartBattery pack with a primary and secondary safety
circuit and a LED State-of-Charge display. The kit can
be used to configure and demonstrate functionality of
the PS501 Battery Manager IC.
