• Up to 100 MHz operation frequency
• Up to 128 KW program/data flash memory
• Up to 16 KW dual port program/data RAM
• FlexMemory and configuration options:
• Up to 16 KW FlexNVM, which can be used as additional program or data flash memory
• Up to 1 KW FlexRAM, which can be used as additional RAM
