AutoCAD and truly link the file so when you change 
the Excel file, it updates in AutoCAD, and vice versa? 
A nice-to-have has turned into a must-have with the 
updated Paste Special command. Simply select Paste 
Link to insert the Excel spreadsheet into AutoCAD. If 
any changes occur in the XLS file, a bubble notification 
lets you know the data link has changed and provides 
an easy option to update the table. So now any changes 
you make to the AutoCAD table are retained—even if 
you update the table to reflect changes in the Excel file.
