INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly steps 1 – 12:
Slide ferrule over end of jacket and
shield and crimp.  Pairs 12 and 78
go to the sides

Remove excess shield.  Also remove
plastic foil insulation if present

Spread apart pairs and
straighten

Remove 1” to 2” of cable jacket

Fold back shield and drain wire

Slide strain relief over cable

Align pairs (568-B shown) and
trim at an angle

Slide wires into –A161 management
bar.  Trim off at approx. 0.5” from
ferrule

Place wires into plug housing
