OSCSEL: 32-kHz Oscillator Selection Status
0 (RC): The slow clock, SLCK is generated by the embedded 32 kHz RC oscillator.
1 (CRYST): The slow clock, SLCK is generated by the 32 kHz crystal oscillator.
