Installing SIM card

 

 

To use a SIM card, find the card slot at 
the side of the device and then insert 
the SIM card into the slot in the correct 
orientation. Please open the card cover 
before inserting the SIM card! 
 
Caution!   
A SIM card can only be recognized if the device was turned off 

while inserting the card. 
  Check that the SIM card is in the correct position with the 

contact pin facing downwards as illustrated. You may damage 
the card and the reader if SIM card is not inserted in correct 
position.  

  Push the SIM card into the card slot until it clicks. 

  To remove SIM card, push the SIM card once again until it 

clicks. 

Please note:   

For Internet connection you need a SIM card plus the respective 

Internet connection tariff. 

Caution!   
If your SIM card is PIN-protected it must be disabled before use. 

You can use any common mobile phone. Find the respective 

menu item in the security settings of your mobile phone.
