Cancellation
Right of cancellation
You can cancel the contract within two weeks without specifying any reason by means of written notifi cation (e.g.
letter, fax, e-mail). This period shall commence following receipt of the present instruction in written form, albeit not
prior to the end of the contract, nor prior to fulfi lment of our obligations of information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in
connection with § 1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB. The period of cancellation shall be deemed to have been observed
where notice of cancellation is dispatched within this time. The notice of cancellation shall be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of effective cancellation the services received by both parties shall be given back and any benefi t
resulting therefrom (e.g. interest) shall be returned. Where it is not possible for you to give back to us the services
received either partially or in their entirety or only in a state of deterioration, you must compensate us in this regard
as appropriate. This may mean that you nevertheless must fulfi l the contractual payment obligations for the period
up to the time of cancellation. Obligations entailing the reimbursement of payments must be fulfi lled within 30 days.
Said period shall commence for you with dispatch of your notice of cancellation and for us with its receipt.

Please note:
Activate the HD+ card after insertion and by selecting a HD+ channel for 12 months. In the event of an effective
cancellation, you are obliged to pay compensation for the service of activation already provided, if HD PLUS was
activated with your express agreement before the end of the cancellation period.
There is no right of cancellation for distance selling contracts for supply of software, once the user has broken the seal
of the data carrier that is supplied.
