Some foods work best when covered. Use the
cover recommended in the Sensor Cooking
Guide
for these foods. Be careful when
removing any covering to allow steam to
escape away from you.
Casserole dish lid.
Plastic wrap: Use plastic wrap recom-
mended for microwave cooking. Cover dish
loosely; allow approximately
1
/
2
inch (1.3 cm)
to remain uncovered to allow steam to
escape. Plastic wrap should not touch food.
Wax paper: Cover dish completely; fold
excess wrap under dish to secure. If dish is
wider than paper, overlap two pieces at
least one inch to cover.

You can reheat many foods by touching just
one pad. You don’t need to calculate reheating
time or power level.
Suppose you want to heat prepared chili:
1)
Place chili in dish on turntable.
2)
Touch SENSOR REHEAT.
When sensor detects the vapor emitted from
the food, remainder of reheating time will
appear.

bag of popcorn:
1)
Place the Microwave Popcorn & Meat Tray
in the microwave on either side, and place
the popcorn bag on the tray.
2)
Touch POPCORN once.
