Request Update Activation Keys
To request upgrade activation keys

For Polycom products

Go to http://support.polycom.com.

Log in or Register for An Account.

Select Product Activation.

In the Software Upgrade KeyCode section, click Retrieve Software
KeyCode.

When upgrading a single endpoint:

Enter the serial number of the endpoint to be updated into the
Serial Number field of the Single Upgrade Key Code section.

Enter the version number to which you are upgrading and click
Retrieve.

The key code is returned on the screen.

Record the key code and create a .txt file with the Serial Number
- Key Code combination to be updated.

Close the Product Activation screens.

Attachment.

Browse to the location of the .txt file you created in step
