To export a message:

Select the message of interest and click Export Log.

In the Export Log dialog box, click Yes.

Define Log Settings
To define which messages should be logged

Go to Reports > Gatekeeper Message Log.

When the Gatekeeper Message Log page appears, click Log Settings.

In the Gatekeeper Log Settings dialog box, select the events to log.
