It is not possible to have both DSC ON and ATIS ON simultaneously. When you enable one,

DSC functionality will operate only after a valid USER MMSI has been entered.

5-7 Response Type to LL Polling Calls (LL REPLY)
You can set up the radio to respond to an LL polling request in one of three ways:
MANUAL – reply manually to any incoming LL polling requests from your buddies.

AUTO – automatically replies to any incoming LL polling requests from any of your
