This screen allows you to perform a manual 
firmware upgrade.  It is recommended not 
perform any manual firmware upgrades unless

Video Settings 
 
The Quality Settings are similar 
to the VIDEO and PHOTO buttons 
at the top of the application 
window.   
 
Pan and Scan 
This setting allows your PC to 
maintain a higher resolution, 
while the image displayed on the 
TV is a cropped portion of the PC 
screen, shown at a lower 
resolution.  Improves frame rate, 
and increases size when watching 
windowed video.
