4. Fasten shelf  (3) to vertical dividers (9,10) as shown using short bolts (A) and metal washers (B) . Tighten bolts using allen key (E).

3. Fasten cams (D) into shelf (2) and tighten with allen key (E) as shown. Set cam locks (C) into dividers (9,10) 
and fit over cams. Tighten cam locks using allen key (E).
