To configure general SNMP settings:
1.
Click the Configure tab in the OBWI, then click the SNMP category in the left column.

Type the system’s fully qualified domain name in the Name field, as well as a node contact

must be used in SNMP actions. The Read and Write strings only apply to SNMP over UDP

Type the address of up to four management workstations that are allowed to manage this
AutoView switch in the Allowable Managers fields. Leaving these fields blank allows any
station to manage the switch.

In the Trap Destination fields, type the address of up to four management workstations to

Click Save to save the settings and close the window.
