3.1 Tests and Diagnostics Software Overview
This chapter explains how to use the Tests and Diagnostics Software for the Satellite T110
and Satellite Pro T110 computer systems.

1. Check all cables for loose connections.
2. Exit any application and close Windows.

FDD & HDD Error Retry Count Set
The following equipment is required to perform some of the diagnostic test programs:
The Diagnostics Disk (all tests)
A formatted working disk for the floppy disk drive test (all tests)
A CD test media (Toshiba Backup CD ROM for the CD-ROM test)
