To install or remove the Bluetooth wireless technology module, you must 
remove the battery pack. 

To install the Bluetooth wireless technology module on your Avaya 4070 
or 4075 DECT Handset, perform the following steps:

1. Place the handset face down on a flat surface.

2. Remove the battery compartment cover and the battery.

3. Slide the Bluetooth wireless technology module into the compartment 

as shown in 

Figure 28.

On the Avaya 4075 DECT Handset, the Bluetooth wireless 

technology compartment is oriented 90 degrees clockwise in 
comparison to Avaya 4070 DECT Handset. 

4. Replace the cover after you reinstall the battery pack as shown in
