The wait control section sets the access speed (wait number) for built-in memory.

The internal memory area is as follows.

MB91191 series: address:0xC0000 to 0xfffff
•
MB91192 series: address:0x80000 to 0xfffff (However, access is disabled 0x80800 to 0x9ffff.)
