Other high-speed counter instructions
In addition to the dedicated instructions, there are instructions such as DHSCS, DHSCR, and DHSZ (hereafter referred to as 
"high-speed comparison instruction") for high-speed counters.

High-speed counter function execution procedure
The high-speed counter function execution procedure is as follows.
1.
Check the specifications of the high-speed counter.
Check specifications such as maximum frequency and type of high-speed counter. (Page 115 High-speed counter 
specifications)
2.
Connect the CPU module to the external device.
For details on wiring to external devices, refer to the following manual

3.
Set the parameters.
Set parameters such as channel (CH) of the high-speed counter. (Page 123 High-speed counter parameters)
4.
Create the program.
Create program for using the high-speed counter.

Run the program.
