Range Switching Function
The output range can be selected for each channel from the following ranges:
• Factory default range (4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V, -10 to 10V)
• User range (user range setting 1, user range setting 2)
• User range (user range setting 1, user range setting 2)
(1) Setting procedure
1.
Set "Parameter write" for "Method selection".
"CC IE Field Configuration" window
Select a D/A converter module in "List of stations".
[CC IE Field Configuration]
[Online]
[Parameter Processing of Slave Station]
2.
Set "CH D/A conversion enable/disable setting" to "0: Enable".
3.
Set "CH Range setting".
When switching the output range, set Disable (OFF) to CH Output enable/disable flag (RY10 to RY13) before setting a
value (within the range an external device allows) for CH Digital value (RWw2 to RWw5).
For example, when the output range is from 0 to 5V and 12000 is set for CH Digital value (RWw2 to RWw5), 5V is output.
In this case, if the output range is changed to -10 to 10V, 7.5V is output because 12000 remains set for CH Digital value
(RWw2 to RWw5).
