Check with the system administrator for what time night mode is set.   

 
 

The following functions are available for answering both intercom and 
outside call.

 

From your own phone, you can pick up a call ringing at another station 

(e.g. if there is no-one at that station to answer). 

 

  Lift the handset and listen for dial tone. 

 
 
 

Press [6][5], the function code for station call   

 pickup.
