Video System

You can use an AV cable (which should be 

purchased separately) to connect the camera 

and the television for realizing the video 

output. Turn the camera and television off, 

and then connect one end of the AV cable to 

AV port of the camera; connect the other end 

to AV-OUT port of the television, and turn the 

camera and television on. Adjust the format 

of the video output system according to your 

requirements before connectiong the camera. 

The steps are as follows:

* When connecting camera to TV, nothing is 

displayed on the LCD screen.

1.  Press the 

 button, press the up/down 

arrow button to select   and press the 

 button to enter the menu.

2.  Press up/down arrow button to select   

and press the 

 button or right arrow 

button to enter the menu.

3.  Press the up/down arrow button to select 

「TV-System」and press the 

 button 

or right arrow button to enter the menu.

4.  Press the up/down arrow buttons to 

select「NTSC」or「PAL」and press the 

 button to confirm.

The video output system would change 

accordingly based upon the changes 

of the selected language.

NTSC:  English, Japanese, Korean
PAL:  German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese 

(Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), 

French, Russian, Vietnamese, 

Greek, Hungarian, Portuguese, 

Swedish, Danish, Finnish, 

Indonesian, Norwegian, Dutch, 

Turkish, Polish, Croatian, Czech, 

Arabic, Hindi, Thai
