Select File > Save As. Select
location, type in file name,
press OK.

Saving Text Designs

Select Alphabet key. Touch
the Font key. Select font style.
Touch the desired letters on
the “keyboard” screen. Use
the A/a icon to toggle between
upper and lower case letters.
Touch OK.

Select the Editing tab. Touch
the Save File key. Touch File
Name key to assign file name.
Key in file name. Touch OK;
touch OK.

Saving to Machine Memory
Go to Edit 1. Touch Save; motif
appears as “Untitled”.

Lettering will be saved in My
Designs.

Select lettering; a keyboard
appears. Enter name of untitled
design; touch OK.

Stick Insert Personal Design Card
or BERNINA

 Personal Design

Stick into slot or USB port in right
side of machine.

Go to Edit 1. Touch Save; motif
appears as “Untitled”.

Select design card icon or USB
device icon.

Select untitled motif; enter name;
touch OK.

Saving to Machine Memory
Touch Save in the Edit 1
screen. The lettering to be
saved is displayed as NEW
on left side of the screen.
Select NEW motif; lettering
is saved and machine returns
to Edit screen.

Insert BERNINA

®

 Personal

Design Stick. Touch Save in
the Edit 1 screen. Select the
USB device icon from the
Selection menu. The lettering
is displayed as NEW on left
side of the screen. Select the
NEW motif; it is now saved
on the BERNINA
