These terms supersede all prior published 
warranty terms 
Effective April 1st. 2008
TUNN products are warrantied against 
defects in materials and workmanship for 
a period of One (1) Year from the original 
date of  purchase.
Products found to be defective during the 
warranty period will be repaired or replaced 
(with a product deemed to be equivalent) at
TUNN's discretion.
Note: Products purchased from unauthorized 
dealers are not covered under warranty. Ask 
your dealer for details on warranty limitations.  
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES: 
Products purchased outside the United  States 
of America are covered only by that  country's
distributor and not by TUNN, Inc.
