SETUP FOR COAXITRON PROTOCOL
No DIP switch settings are required for Coaxitron control. Proceed to

SETUP FOR D AND P SERIES PROTOCOL

The Spectra III SE and Spectra III Series dome drives automatically detect type of protocol. No switch settings are required to set

NOTE: If you have a Spectra III EVS dome system, make sure the
switches are in their default positions (refer to Figure 1). The

Figure 1 shows the default settings for the DIP switches. Switch SW1-1 (SW1, switch 1) is set to the ON position. All other switches

SW1–Receiver Address
Set the SW1 switches for the address of the dome drive. The following information is required to set the dome drive address:
P-Type Control
Default address is 2. Refer to Table A for address settings that use P-Type control. Maximum number of
receivers is 32.
